I had booked a service complaint for servicing my IFB washing machine on 16.11.2015 (complaint no[protected]. Till this complaint today i.e 19.11.2015 no service engineer has attended to the complaint inspite of my repeated telephone calls to IFB and the above said franchise. The franchise response is callous and lethargic. There is no responsible person even to respond the telephone calls.
