I have booked a flat on SVP Builder project called 'Gulmohur Garden'.
At the time of booking, they showed me a good sample flat and I felt that this could be my dream home!
I was charged with Park facing PLC, but as the time passed things just turned away.
Builder started constructing new towers on the Park area.
Builder is not refunding my Park facing PLC which I paid to get a flat in front of the park.br...

I bought a flat in SVP's Gulmohur Garden and I was assured to get the possession in December-2010.
I made 95% of the payments in September - 2009, but still I have no idea when i will be getting my flat. The builder has sent possession letters to me and many more people like me but the work is yet to be completed.
