I totally agree with the comments from Vinish and want to add that its a high handedness of builder who is shamelessely demanding money from the buyers and is not deliverying the flat with the materials/ammenities promised.

I am agree with Vinish, Builder cheating us.
The builder has a big cheater for sure and has shattered our expectations not just on one count but many. Certainly he is not a trustworthy builder, who has taken the customers for a ride from the very beginning itself.
Till booking of the flat in 2007, they showed rosy images and had the entire clout of property agents, speaking great about the project and the builder. However, just after the booking amount recvd. they had started showing their true colours. They are a gang of liars in their marketing and other departments. They have practiced almost every wrong practice like trying to collect majority of the payments in 2007/08 period in down payment, Changing the floor, which they had initially said, building towers in areas which were shown as green areas in initial brochure which was a main attraction for people opting to live here.
Apart from this they have faltered almost every where, with putting poor quality material inside homes and entirely flouted the specifications they had indicated in their brochures.
Undoubtedly, he is a builder with not very right intentions. We need to be united to fight this builder collectively.
