I have booked a flat on SVP Builder project called 'Gulmohur Garden'.
At the time of booking, they showed me a good sample flat and I felt that this could be my dream home!
I was charged with Park facing PLC, but as the time passed things just turned away.
Builder started constructing new towers on the Park area.
Builder is not refunding my Park facing PLC which I paid to get a flat in front of the park.
And the worst thing is that the possession has been delayed by 2 years and still no clue when i will get this so called dream home.....
My suggesstion to everyone is that
Before buying a flat of any builder, Check the approved map of the society( Builder has to keep the approved map on the construction site as per the law)
And never trust this builders, do not take anything verbally, have everything in writing. Was this information helpful? | 
2. In my opinion, SVP is the only builder in India who has constructed the buildings without giving any consideration to the essential requirements of the flat owners. It is evident from the worst quality of building material used by him . Comparing the quality of construction of GG with Ashiana adjacent to the project, it appears par below even the Janta Flats. I do not know, how we are going to survive in this campus with a huge crowd of people.
3. The builder has not provided concrete slips over windows and AC openings Therefore, during monsoons, all rooms will have seepage and windows and ACs will be spoiled.
4. He has used cheap quality wood work, tiles and electric fitments. The user will have to change all these items in due cource at own cost. .
