i have a perpaid tata indicom modem.. when ever i recharge with internet pack of Rs. 350 or Rs. 201, the very next day i receive a messge stating i have certain sum of negative balance... i am facing this problem continously every month... i even complained in the customer care center of ulhasnagar...

I raised a complaint on Oct 14th 2011 for no connectivity at my area (Manapakkam). They conveniently closed my complaint thrice over the period of 15 days. Finally the nodal officer sent me a mail as below..

with reference to the above, i would like to bring to your attention that the internet service has been very poor since past several months. we have loged several complains but the matter has not been resolved....

I have been with Tata Indicom broadband connection for close to 2 years, I have been facing frequent issue with internet going down in my area and they would put up temporary fixes. Main issue would be internet will go down Saturday night and it will not be fixed until Monday afternoon.
