i have registered a domain with TATA indicom and bought the Domain Hosting space of 50MB.

bought on 25th July.

Till now i have not received any details regarding how to access and userid...

My broadband connection gets disconnected every two days. I have call the customer care almost everyday. When is asked to refund my account and disconnect my broadband, they said they cant refund the money....

and my partner are customers of Tata Indicom Broadband for about 4 years now it happened on 6th jan 2010 that i complained of slow browsing and the next day i was not able to browse .
I gave complaint to their customer service and they assured of prompt action but no one was attending...

I am paying nearly 3000 Rs for an unlimited download plan from Tata indicom. One day they called me and said I have reached my download quota and I should upgrade to higher cost plan. Upon asking them about "unlimited" plan, they said every plan come with a quota and there is nothing...

Whenever I check my account balance on tata indicom broadband website, I find unnecessary charges on account of content purchase, which I never downloaded or subscribed.

On one such complaint, they reversed the charges, but on 31-12-2009 I was again charged Rs. 365 as content...

Complaint Regarding Usage Theft in my VSNL Broadband account

It is very clear from the events that the there has been a password theft and probably somebody from TATA communications department has been party to it and hence the THIEF with the help of SO called CUSTOMER SERVICE...

I am using TATA Indicom Broadband 256 kbps unlimited pre-paid connection. Since last 3 months, the connection constantly gets disconnected every 5 minutes. There is also a regular deliberate disconnection of services on Friday after which there are obviously no repair services on the weekends....

Tata Indicom Broadband promises everything and do not deliver anything.
1. They promised 24/7 service. The server was down for atleast 5 working days in a month.
2. The plan signed up was for 2000 Rs - They sent a bill for 19,50,000 Rs (have email proof) and as a correction clained...
