We had got a New Tata Docomo connection in June 2015. The connection worked for around 10 hours and then stopped working. We had raised a complaint with customer care who gave us a time on which the technician would visit. No one came on the given time. After this we had asked customer care to close the account.
I had also emailed Tata Docomo to close the account. I got a reply saying that the request needs to be mailed from registered email...
