TAX SMILE (https://www.taxsmile.com/) IS A SCAM AND FRAUD.I used Tax smile services for 2 consecutive years but only to find that my ITR was never submitted. Upon requesting feedback and details they never bother to reply my emails or return phone calls. Please be aware and DO NOT use their services....

It took more than a month for Tax smile to file my tax return and also, they are highly incompetent and cannot read information which is already available in Form 16. Lastly, they are collecting personal information such as bank account details even if no refund is applicable.

I would recommend to please not use Tax Smile for filing your tax returns.

I want to complaint against Taxsmile, very irresponsible behavior of them . They have created my account on incometaxefilling government website and didnot share the password and acknowledge number. I filed my IT return for FY 2007-08 on the ICICI backed Tax Smile on 30/June/2008. But never recieved the ITR-V form to complete the filing. I called them 6 times and even mailed to their suport centre a lot of times but nobody responded.
