Dear Authorities, please help i had booked online movie four tickets through credit card, my tickest not confirmed and amonut has debits in my account Rs. 702, i had complaints customer and put the mail but my refund not return in my account, 15 day passing but amount not refund please help i had also call

I have paid money through online banking of Rs. 87/- and then I got a confirmation SMS from TICKETNEW for my ticket.
