Deficiency in services of citibank
I have deposited a cheque 0041054, hdfc bank on 7/7/09 for Rs. 10, 000 in my citibank account.
It has been deducted from HDFC bank but still not transferred to citibank account., saying that my account is blocked .
If my citibank account is blocked, then why the amount is deducted from HDFC account.?
I hv suffered a lot due to this deficiency of service by citibank
