[Resolved] wdc — Deficiency in services of citibank | |
I have deposited a cheque 0041054, hdfc bank on 7/7/09 for Rs. 10, 000 in my citibank account. It has been deducted from HDFC bank but still not transferred to citibank account., saying that my account is blocked . If my citibank account is blocked, then why the amount is deducted from HDFC account.? I hv suffered a lot due to this deficiency of service by citibank I have suffered a lot a pain that i am planning to close citibank account, and not to go for any of the citibank service in future. Moreover I will suggest all my friends, not to go for any of services of citibank. sending the attchment of HDFC account statement, which clearly shows the cheque transfer from HDFC account . anita koli acc. no. wdc — regarding replacement of wd media player live under warranty
[protected]i had bought awd media player live five months ago. the warranty for the product was one year replacement
from home. on[protected] the media player stopped working. so on[protected] i called up their customer service centre they gave me rma no[protected] for quaries to my product. they said their courier person will pick up the product from my home in 3 to 4 days and after recieving the product we will dispatch the new product within 7-8 days. after making several calls on15,16,17,18 the courier person came on[protected]. after that they told me that they would sent the new product in 7-8 days i have been calling continously calling their customer service centre every day. and mailing them. but every time they say that they will sent my product next week, its been more then a month and i am still waiting to recieve my wd media player live kindly help me to get my product back
wdc — Hard DISK adapter not being delivered
Hello Sir/Madam,This is to bring to your kind attention about a complaint status raised for the faulty Hard Disk adapter of Hard Disk. A complaint was raised for this on 23rd September 2010. I was told that the serial number would be referred to as the Complaint number, In that case, the complaint number for this issue will be WCAV52368337.
I have been regularly following up this case with your customer care and i have been assured that the part has been ordered from Singapore as its presently out of stock. I have just been given some dates to postpone the issue. Nothing has materialized out of these dates as these seem to be more of empty promises than converted into effective actions.
The irony in this entire issue is the way i ma being mentally harassed by your customer care executives, i have even requested them to pass the phone to someone superior so that this issue can be escalated hierarchically, but alas i was kept on hold for more than a hour and the line got disconnected.
I tried to call again today and i was given the same reply again that the parts have not been delivered and you are awaiting the delivery of the same. On requesting to speak to your manager, i was told that the Manager is busy and doesn’t have time for such petty issues. I fail to understand that if my issue is so petty then can you please confirm the same in writing so that i can escalate the same to your higher ups.
I need my adapter urgently and if somebody is busy to escalate my issue, and then i can very well escalate the same to the higher ups to get the delivery of my adapter.
I must say that had i chose some other company over yours, i wouldn’t have been this position where i am almost pleading to you for my own adapter. I did choose your company over others as i was assured of an effective and prompt customer service, which i cannot currently see functioning.
