I ordered one ready made suit facebook on 27th july the product i received on 1st aug. The amount i paid was 2200. The receiced suit was different and unstitched and quality of material is very bad and now person is not responding to calls and facebook chats. I need my money back and send me the correct dress material.

I ordered saree of rs.1550 on facebook on date 27/07/2019 and I ask to seller can I return he said yes within 7 days u can, after ordered I got confirmation call on my no.I got saree on date 29/07/2019 whenever I open I have not got same saree which was I ordered, cheap quality I got, then I messaged for return saree he blocked me on facebook and not picked my call, he fraud with me....

I have ordered online lehnga material from facebook add. They are seller in many online sites. They courier me and i paid 2500 for the lehnga and also asked if it is of bad quality can i process the return, he said yes you can. But after getting the parcel that was very bad in quality. I pinged that guy to process the refund and return. He said wait for 4 5 days. After that i didn't got any reply. I tried to call him and ping him. He blocked...

I had ordered pink lehenga but recieved green one. So, i requested them either to change it or issue my refund back. I called them regarding it but the number they have provided [protected] is now switched off and they even block me from fb. They are a big fraud. No one is listening. Mr. Devipoojak has now even left the fb chat group without resilving my issue. Please do not shop from them and take some strict action regarding such sellers...

I have ordered one pink kurti with plazzo from zareen nx worth rs 1600 the seller name was sangeeta. She told me that if i face any issue it will be returned and money got refunded but it was not after receiving the product i find it was used one quality of the cloth very poor as well as size issue it was so big i don't have her contact no that's why called up in mssgr she didn't pickup my call and asking what hppnd i discussed my problem...
