We have ordered a suit from Ashok Rana's profile on facebook through the nearby shop's options at that time it shows us many options to buy a suit/dress or anything.

We received the courier on NOV 18th and the same day we have submitted a request for return when I saw that the product is not the same and as per their policy, the return happens within 10 days and the refund too. Its been 1 month now, they are not picking up...

The quality of the saree promised to be delivered is different from what was delivered. The FB account used on messenger is no more active. The person promised to exchange or accept return if there is any kind of dissatisfaction but now no response. Once he received the call. Post that no response again. Similarly, 4 or 5 more people have faced issue. Phone number on courier - [protected]...

I ordered a suit on facebook market place.. I got the parcel and paid rs 2100 to the blue dart parcel boy... When i opened parcel the material was so cheap and it was wrong size also... Then i called no. But no one picked the phone.. So i msg on messenger and he told me that your parcel will be pick up in 7 days... Then after 7 days when no one came.. I again msg and he blocked me... I want my money back and want to take strict action against...

I had purchased anarkali suit via market place from zareen nx (Hetal patel) and made cash on delivery payment of 2100 rupees. But as soon as i opened the parcel it is not upto the mark.. All the suit beads were coming out and dupatta is also very dirty. She told me that suit is fully stitched but it was not. I suddenly asked for return and refund from zareen nx. She told me that i will get a call within 5 to 6 days but now 1 month gets over...

When i see the dress over facebook and talk to the seller his name atul pandey, he told me that dress is as it is you are seeing over the picture when i asked for real image he tell me need not to worry it is same as pic.
But when i order and the product i received is totally versed i invest 2k rs and for return when i started calling and sending messages he is not replying not even answering my calls.
Totally fraud dont purchase...

I ordered one suit which i received not in good quality and i am really disappointed that the guy has blocked me on facebook and i dont have any contact number so that i can get the my refund please help me out. I tried many time to connect with them but not able to contact with the company even given number on bill also not working.

I am seriously saying this company making fool of people's like us and...

I had ordered the product from fb market place. The fellow names as rajat lucky was dealing and had assured that the product is under return policy.

However when i received it i received a different product of what i ordered and the material was pathetic.

I placed an order for onion pink designer saree costing rs. 2350/ and received a candy pink saree. When enquired, i was told it will be taken back and money refunded by a delivery boy.
