I have cancel a ticket of pnr no.- [protected], transaction id - [protected] & cancellation id _[protected] on 12 - apr-2018.
And irctc shows status refunded on 14-apr-2018 to zkpy bank.
Yet i have not got the refund of 830₹ in my account. Please refund 830₹ in my s. B. I saving a/c....

I book ticket in irctc on 27 apr 28 and same day cancel but no refund credited into my account yet. Reference to refund against pnr number [protected] /irctc transaction id [protected], an amount of rs. 1160.0 has not been processed yet as per below details:

Refund reference no:zp56acd0ad7edd5
Payment option used : zaakpay
Refund with penalty immediately as 7 day over according to rbi....

I have not received the refund amount yet in my bank account. Cancelled my ticket on 15.03.2018 through irctc portal. Transaction Id is [protected] and [protected] cancellation id is [protected] and [protected]
Kindly address the issue as soon as possible. Refund amount is rs 3405 & rs 3405 and it reads that amount has been refunded to zaakpay instead of my bank account....

Hi i have cancelled 2 tickets in irctc app on 21-jan-2018 19:52:31 hrs and i have not received my refund amount in my bank account in irctc app i can see refund status as refunded on 23-jan-2018 but i have not received any money so please check this issue in priority. And get the money refunded asap.

I have booked ticket in tatkal quota on 23 oct 2017. Vide pnr no. [protected] on train no. 12916 for the date 24-oct-2016 but ticket booking massage was not received, nor showing in irctc website. When we checked at our irctc website after one hour found tatkal w/l tickets was booked, immediately on 23-oct-2017 at 2.15 pm, i cancel the w/l/ tatkal ticket. Received massage in my registered mobile no. That rs. 3080/- will be refunded. Till date...
