I have purchased Byju's subscription by paid Rs 54000, but I want to disconnect their services within 15 days. As per policy they have to refund me full amount. After so much calls and email, they email me and mention that they transferred Rs. 25105 and given the CMS id: CMS[protected] on 18th Dec 2023. Still, I didn't received money, and they also didn't reply on this.

I take 11th + 12th jee course from byjus but as per 15 days cancellation and refund i want cancel this but after many calls and mail it can't cancel please help me...

I had subscribed to Byju's Online Tuitions for my son on 01st August 2023 and the agreed fees for Class IX and X was Rs. 60000 which was converted into 18 EMI on my ICICI Amazon Card. Of these, 07 EMI have been paid.

However, I have found the quality of tuitions very deficient and have written to them as well as called them multiple times for cancellation of the services.

I have raised a refund request with Byjus and my request was approved on 24 Nov 23. But till now I have not received the money, I have followed up multiple time but each time they say you will get a call from the team in 72 hours. I am filing this complain again Byjus to get my refund back.

I am drop mail as tile line as per rools and not received tablet and sd card as per discussion with counselor. And all money pay on time.
