[Resolved] Cadbury — Dairy milk silk chocolate | |||
I had purchased a dairy milk silk choclate which had a mfg date of 12/15 and whose expiry date is in a year ie 12/16. I purchased this choclate yesterday at one of the shops in b. Narayanapura (Near mahadevapura, bangalore) for rs. 150 and when i opened it, it looked bad with white marks and the taste was horrible. I returned the choclate to the vendor today, but he refused to give me back my money saying that i should raise a complaint with you guys. Is this the quality of stuff you provide? This is my second or third experience now, but this was my worst experienceshad already received a call from them saying they will do the needful 2 days ago.. But after that no responses. File a complaint with District Designated Officer Food Safety with the product for regulatory action. Notifying with their consumer cell will not yield any result
