[Resolved] Cadbury India — Cadbury Diary Milk Chocolate | |||
Purchased Cadbury Diary Milk Chocolate on 19/11/2013 from a near-by store; having Code K30805 - Pkd 08/13 - B2 but when opened the chocolate covered with a white layer coating and taste was totally different. I am sure the store keeper will not refund the money and tried calling Cadbury's office in Mumbai but nobody bothered to give a proper reply. Dont know whom to approach with such complaint ? I have kept the chocolate safely with me in order to show to some responsible person in Cadbury. Hope somebody will wake up and open their eyes/ears to listen such complaints of a common man.
