Cadbury India — Complaint about Cadbury Silk!

Dear Cadbury India, I bought a Cadbury Silk with manufacturing date March 2014. After eating, i realised it was not how silk used to be and tasted extremely bad. After that I could see some small white bubble like thing on it which to my understanding is FUNGI (see attached photo). With such examples, Cadbury is not living by its Core Values of "Performance, Quality and Responsibility". Cadbury changed its name to Mondelez, where delez means 'delicious'. But serving customers with such bad chocolates which is not at all 'delez' is absolutely Wrong. Cadbury being a known brand should take care of such incidents. Also, it is the responsibility of Cadbury to not to sell Chocolates through retailers who do not have required storage facilities. Kindly resolve the complaint. Looking forward to get good quality chocolates from people's favorite brand Cadbury in future.
