Cadbury India — Contaminated Chocolate

I want to register my complaint that i had bought a Dairy Milk chocolate on the evening of July 24, 2015 after unwrapping the same i found that the chocolate was contaminated and it was having white spots and small white bubbles all over it. It was properly packed when i had bought it and was also stored in freeze. On thoroughly noticing the bubbles i found it was highly contaminated as well was having fungus all over it. It is my humble request to consider my complaint Shilpi Yadav
