I purchased 4 celing fans through Amazon at 2100 each which was supposed to have 3 years warranty. After an year all 4 fans stopped working one by one. I raised a service compliant.No.TS-C[protected], I am following up through WhatsApp, customer care call and e mail, since Aug23 but no progress and response, they are not sharing escalation matrix as well, i don't know what to do now, one thing i can say don't purchase any product form Candes company...
