I purchased 4 celing fans through Amazon with 3years warranty. after 1 year all stopped working gradually. i raised service compliant.No.TS-C[protected], I am following up through watsup, customer care and e mail, since Aug23 but no progress and response, they are not sharing escalation matrix as well, i don't know what to do now, one thing i can say don't purchase any product form Candes company...
