Central Bank Of India — Fraudulent POS transactions of rs 50000,initiate refund | |||
Sir This is to inform you that on 5 Feb. 2021, 5 POS transactions of rs 10000 each happened through my Debit card which was not done by me. I have not shared my PIN and moreover I have not received any OTP for these transactions. My debit card is EMV chip based and my international transactions limit is always reduced to zero through CentMobile App. I am using CBI account since 7 years and my account balance is always more than two lakhs. Such transactions reduced my faith in your bank and I think our money is not secured in CBI due to poor security. You are requested to kindly find out how these transactions happened with out sharing PIN and OTP, as no OTP received. Emv card can't be cloned. Plz find out the loop-holes regarding the fraudulent transactions and initiate a refund amount of Rs50000.
