Central Bank Of India — Misbehavior by the officers | |||
Dear sir, My self " Murtaza Arif Husain Attar " Account number :- [protected] IFSC Code :- CBIN0282102 Mobile No. +91-[protected] sir as i've applied for the cheque book its been a month for that application even i got a message regarding that on my registered mobile number that the cheque book have been dispatched and reached the respected branch . So today i visited the branch to collect my cheque book so the way they interacted with me was really thrashing and rude As i approached them, the officer asked me for the account No. i reverted him with it and the next moment his reaction was like " Hawwww! u got 27 /- inr in ur account and how come u demand the cheque book, no way i cant give it to you, Its better if a tear it into pieces and throw it in a dustbin ( Faad kar kude daan mai daal doga ) is this the way of talking ?, And the reason i've withdrawn my amount is the SERVICE, the service is really very poor, it takes a period of month to take any action regarding any application Either it is of a cheque book or something related to ATM Card, or any thing . I got many other accounts in banks like SBI, UNION BANK OF INDIA, KOTAK MAHINDRA, and i haven't face the tone like this, nor the service And the second thing is that, i've been issued a debit card that too without the CVV Number, I've talked to them on this too and its a long issue, they always says the same thing " Aaega to mil jaega " and i dont know when it will finally arrive, as because of that the card is of no use its just for the ATM Purpose, So sir i Request you to please look into my concern, and take a action regarding all this above activities going there Thankyou!
