Central Bank — refund

I was doing an online transaction of rs 2000 on 27 august 2017 to paytm through central bank debit card. My transaction was failed but amount was deducted. Regarding this, i filled a complain in bank complain no. 2130553. Yesterday bank said that my transaction was successful and paytm is saying it was not done. I have proof of failed transaction of paytm. On that day i made two transaction both of rs 2000. Second one successful but first one was unsuccessful. So, please return my money whoever has taken.
