[Resolved]  Central Bank — Misbehavior of Staff

Respected Sir/ Madam
This is regarding compliant I had (complaint No. C/29112011/8479). But when I trace this complaint I found you had settled my complaint.
But I should know on what basis you close the matter.
Dear Sir / Madam, I hear that; the Manager had given you the reason that I had applied for loan. But respected Sir as I am retired teacher but you can check my account (given in trailing mail) you can find that I didn’t withdraw my salary up 3 to 4 month at several times. So I didn’t have any requirement of loan, Also the Collage principle and other 4 to 10 people who were witness can give you written or witness anywhere, and again I request you to open an attachment of SAKAL News Paper (25 Oct 2011) it will be clear to you. Sir if this was up to me, I laterally close this matter on same day, but there are several people who were /are suffering, and that why we all required the solution from this.
If you are not going to take any action against him I have to take next step against bank.

This is regarding above subject matter, I Mr. Shrikrushna Motiram Dongare, residence at Wadegaon; a retired Teacher
from Jageshwar Vidhalaya Wadegaon, My pension is transfer to my A/c. No.: [protected] when my wife was suffering
some illness I went to withdraw some amount from Central Bank of India Wadegaon Branch, Wadegaon, Akola Dist.
when I fill-up a withdraw slip and submitted to counter around 11.00am on 24 Oct. 2011, the employees for this branch
was ignoring me till 2.30 pm even though I personally ask several time, but they were not responding. When I irritated
because of the people comes after me gets their cash; when I ask again the Manager again argue on me and warn
me for police compliant. At last he give me Rs. 20000/- without entering in my passbook. The sleep which I submitted
was of only Rs. 10000/- . when I come back to return the excess amount with my friend Mr. Revaskar (principal), the
manager again argue on both o[censored]s and again warn to give police compliant, but when we clear the fact he then
apologies for whole matter.
But the fact is that he is not only doing his duty properly but harassing villagers like me
I have attached the Sakal News Paper Cut-out dated 25th Oct 2011.
So I kindly request to take immediate action against him
