Very low voltage in our area. And power was shut down for almost. 24 hours...

We had done the caption complaints

Till now the supply is not yet restored.
We know this is emergency situation and have senior citizen in our
House.

Facing very difficult situation as power is still not there. Unable to reach out to cesc helpline.

Please do the needful urgently and confirm for power restoration

Power Supply is not coming to Customs Excise Residential Complex, 179, Shantipally, Near Ruby Hospital since 20th May evening, whereas power supply in nearby locations is uninterrupted (Avishikta Apartments & other residential complexes etc). Plz look into the problem....

I like to inform you that the cesc bill amount of march 2020 has became so high.in a day i use only one fan and one light. So the bill amount cannot be so high. This bill amount was an assumption they have not taken any meter reading. The amount for march was rs1020. Usually the bill amount is 450 after 3 months.
I shall be glad if you kindly consider my case. I will wait for your immediate response.

They are not responding any revert on call/email.

On scrutiny it has been observe that i have paid the bill on the month of march 2020 is rs. 3240/- but that is incomplete bill. After that i have received mobile massage for rs. 1980/-. We have received a bill amount of rs 880/- for april stating units consumed 137 now the question is this since the lockdown has been imposed in pan india we have moved form this particular house since the day lockdown was been announced i have paid 1000 for march 2020 billing april 2020 we have again received 880 amount which again i have paid.

Sir, myself dr. Hirak kumar das residing at 262/1 bl-b bangur ave kol -55 in the month of march my electric bill is rs 800 which is very high as per my usage. My consumer no. Is [protected]. Kindy take necessary action. Hope in the next month i wiill get correct bill. I have paid the bill and hope excess paid amount will be adjusted treating as advance payment....

I sourindra bhattacharya (Customer id : [protected]), a former resident of sudakshina police housing, estate - a, block - s, flat -6, kolkata - 700047.
I vacated my sudakshina police quarter on 06.03.2020. Thereafter i submitted a request for disconnection of electric supply on 17.03.2020 (Docket number : 1209634).
But despite my disconnection request, i still received an electricity bill for the month of march 2020, whose amount...

My meter is in the name my mother and I paid Rs. 470 through paytm but till date no receipt received in my email id which is already registered in CESC.

For the month of feb & march'2020 my house was lock & key. How CESC can send bill while I can see at meter that there is no usage for the previous two months. But Bill has been raised for the month of FEB & MARCH'20.
I will not pay any amount .
I want rebate for the mentioned bill....
