non restoration of electric connection permanently

On 11.08.2019 i lodged a complain with cesc that due to rain our electric line is non operative vide docket no. [protected]. The cesc people came and resorted the line with temporary connection. wrong meter reading with high number

Dear sir,
Request you to re-check the meter reading as the amount consumed is unbelievable and not justified. Please compare previous years reading as wel as last six months cosumption. As per your meter reading unit 151 to 471 but actual meter reading unit as on date 151 to 182. The reading seems to be wrong or misplaced. Reguest you to look into this matter as soon as possible.

Amount deducted twice for the same bill for Customer id:[protected] with 2 different Aap- Google pay and phone pay.

in phone pay it showed transaction failed. So i proceed the payment from Google pay which was successfull. Then i received sms that and even in the transaction history found that the Amount of Rs 1590 is been deducted twice from both the aap. cesc sub. : replacement of meter

I did cesc bill payment on 1st september 2019 and my first transaction was unsuccessful but the money got deducted from my account.
I again did the transaction via paytm and upi and my second transaction was successful.

july 2019 absurd cesc bill

July 2019 bill reported and billed by cesc is atound 12k unit consumed shown is 708 unit for home whicb is completely absurd and unacceptable. This never happened in last 8 years if you check the previous reading

excessive inflated bill for july month

I've received the july bill which is showing that i've consumed 271 units amounting to rs.1950 in the month of july. I've found that cesc is charging me abruptly and the rates are inflated by them. payment debited but not acknowledged

Paid ₹ 2720 for july 2019 on 12 august 2019 at 20:30hrs via sbi debit card through billdesk, amount debited from my account, but no acknowledgement receipt generated by cesc. Customer id is [protected]. Transaction reference number is #qt[protected]. Please issue the e-receipt otherwise credit the amount to my account so i can make the payment again....
