Chennai Airport — poor service. kids were forced to stand for 3 hrs to finish checking till boarding

Yesterday i have travelled from coimbatore to chennai in spicejet sg 3024 flight which departs from cbe by 9.20pm and reaches maa by 10.15pm. I have connecting flight to singapore by 1.20am by flight scoot tr579. Spice jet arrived by 10.15pm but they parked the flight in the flight graveyard from which it will nearly take 20mins bus to airport arrival. Then the baggage will take another 15mins additional. So by 11pm only able to collect luggage and then me and kid started running to international airport. Then we faced a very tough situation. For baggage scanning there was 300ppl in the single scanning queue and to check in baggage in scoot another 500 ppl in the checkin queue which was serviced jus 4 ppl and able to complete the baggage check in only 12.15. Then went running for immigration. There again such a big queue. At last able to reach the gate only 12.50 and again the gate they splitter these 500ppl as 2 queues and started servicing and able to board the flight only by 1.20. This was so pathetic and priority queues also accept ppl having infants and old aged. So families with kids suffered a lot. Everybody was forced to stand for more than 3hrs. Please take necessary action.
