[Resolved]  Cinerewardz.com And Clubmahindra — no answer on my rewardz movie ticket

My name is nilesh jain. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com. I got free cine rewardz coupon on attending club mahindra seminar. I opened cinerewardz.com and register with it. I wrote my registration no. CR342ca119 and co. Send me mail with coupon code. I booked my ticket on 11/08/14 with that id(as per company rule I have to book ticket in advance). After two day of my booking cine rewardz agent Tanvi Maniar replied with a mail that due to technical error your booking will be done in two days. Last mail I got on 16/08/2014. I just want to know when I will get my ticket. If you can't fulfill promise then dont make it. I

trust me you would waste your time, money and spoil your mood, rather leave it.

But regret we have cancelled our plan to visit the Club Mahindra Gir after we felt cheated by fake movie ticket voucher offered by club Mahindra kandivali west representative Mr.Digvijay.
We wrote him couple of mails regarding this which he didn’t bothered or failed to reply.
And hence we have decided to put off the plan to visit your so called “Holiday Voucher” (wasted my money and time booking and cancelling tickets to Gir)
I don’t trust Club Mahindra Now, Brand name like your can do this is surprising!

Could you find out what is the technical issue because of which the tickets not issued?
Neither any communication is done!
While trying to put the same authentication number to book a fresh tickets it says this number is already registered with us (There is no technical issue there)
You know what, i am really FED UP with your technical issues and excuses!

Hi Digvijay,
Recall our meeting on last Saturday at Raghuleela Mall, where post presentation you offered me Movie Vouchers.
Which i tried to use to make bookings as mentioned over the voucher.
Till now i have not received any revert on it from the movie voucher guys. (Seems it’s a fraud)
Neither their numbers are working!

Please do not consider this as a complain, just thought to update you in case you don’t know this.
This takes your (Mahindra’s) reputation for a ride!
