[Resolved]  City Bank — Credit Card

There was an offer to pay vodafone bill through Citi bank credit card and we have applied for same online. Executive of citibank came to us and gave us Credit Card. I have not used citibank credit card for my personal use except payment of vodafone bill which is directly paid by citi bank and i have repaid to citi bank the same amount of Vodafone bill. Since long time citibank stops paying vodafone bill without informing to me for which vodafone charge me late payment fee and reconnection charges. Now i am directly paying Vodafone bill. Once in week Citibank card people called up and asking for payment of card. i asked them to cancel the card. but they are asking me to pay Rs. 1, 500 as cancelation charges. which i am not ready to pay. they are sending bill every month which they accumulated amount Rs. 15, 000. Pl help me on this matter. what can i do ?
