Hi,
I had a trip scheduled to Japan. I opted for Clay telecom and expecting good service. I reached to Japan on 16th Nov and i tried following the steps given by Sales person Sourabh Bawankar and it did not help. Also, i clearly told prior to my trip that, i have iphone 6 and he told me that, you need to follow steps as mentioned in the form named with "iphone" and you will be set. Though it did not work. i was only able to receive calls and nothing else. Neither data was working nor i was able to make a call. i tried contacting them over email and waited for their response and did not hear anything from them.
so i again contacted them and they told me that you will get a call from our expert team shortly. I did not receive any call . I again followed up and somehow managed to talk to them and they told me that we will get back to me as we need to check on this. I did not hear anything from them for two days. So i talked to sales person and he told me that i am following up here and assist you in getting the issue sorted . Also, They call you at any time without looking at the time zone you are traveling to and expect you to pick up phone. isn't it ridiculous ?
This went for a week or so. finally some how i able to get data. for voice, they had asked to install some app. After i got data, i downloaded the app and tried making calls and it was not going through and i brought it in front of them and they did not able to resolve issue.
i had a trip for 10 days wherein, the data started working after a week or so and voice(outgoing calls) never worked.
After i came back form Trip, i asked them not to charge without my consent as i had faced lot of issue and the card did not work through out my journey, though they ignored me and debited it from account( they ask you to provide credit card photo copy of the front side).
When i contacted them about how can you charge the entire amount without giving any service so, the sales person told that, they should not have charged you the entire amount and he told that, i am gonna ask my credit team to look into that and ask them to settle the amount as per the usage.
Multiple times i followed up with sales person and their team over call and email and had no luck. the issue is yet not resolved.

I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISED YOU TO NOT TO GO FOR CLAY SERVICES AS THEY HAVE A REAL POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND YOU WILL GET TIRED FOLLOWING UP WITH SUCH A USELESS PEOPLE AND THEY WILL NEVER RESPOND AND JUST PLAY AROUND.
