[Resolved] Clay Telecom — Double billing and pathetic customer service | |||
I used their monthly unlimited plan while I traveled to the U.S. for a fortnight in the month of March, 2015. The usage was only for a period of around 14 days. However, they erroneously charged me 2 separate bills for the months of Feb and March. It could have been a small error which could have been easily taken care of by the Customer care team at Clay. But they didn’t. I had to pay the amount of the 2 bills and have been following up with Clay Telecom for a refund ever since. Every time I followed up with them over email and phone, they gave me lame excuses for not refunding the amount. I’ve had a painful experience with the customer care team at Clay Telecom. I don’t want you to have a similar experience. I would strongly recommend against Clay Telecom. In fact, after my unpleasant experience with Clay, I decided to use Matrix and was happy with their service. Was this information helpful? | |||
