Clay Telecom — Double billing RAF number 280745 | |||||
Pathetic customer service, twice billing and no refund since more than 7 months! I used their monthly unlimited plan while I travelled to the U.S. for a fortnight in the month of March, 2015. The usage was only for a period of around 14 days. However, they erroneously charged me 2 separate bills for the months of Feb and March. Two bills of Rs 5616.88! It could have been a small error which could have been easily taken care of by the Customer care team at Clay. But they didn’t. I had to pay the amount of the 2 bills and have been following up with Clay Telecom for a refund ever since. Every time I followed up with them over email and phone, they gave me lame excuses for not refunding the amount. I have written proof that a refund would be provided but nothing has happened so far. Wrote a complaint, with RAF number in comment and posted it on this forum in the first week of October. After more than a week, got a reply stating that complaint be sent on email id [protected]@clay.co.in. Sent entire chain emails on 14th October 2015. On 27th October, I get a reply stating that because I did not send them my contact number and RAF number, they have considered the query to be resolved. Can't get more ridiculous than this!
