[Resolved] Clay Telecom — Irritating services | |
I went on a vacation to koh samui and bought a clay sim card to call home. I was on a fixed rental plan for about a week with data and all that i had asked for. I have returned the sim card and also now when am seeing my bill almost after a month, i see that these guys have over charged me and nothing is calculated basis the plan that was sold to me…!! The bill includes calls to numbers in india that i don’t even recognize let alone making them! Out of my total bill of rs 9000/- more than 50% is wrong.. Honestly really pissed off with this kind of a service.. Horrible experience and honestly would never recommend clay sims, to anyone for their travel needs. … Was this information helpful? | |
