[Resolved] Clay Telecom — Non refund of excess amount

I had taken SIM Card for travel to Europe from Clay Telecom in July 2015. They took a deposit of Rs. 5000 with my credit card. My bill was Rs. 3160. They are supposed to refund the excess amount as per discussion with the agent at the time of taking the SIM Card. Despite atleast 10 mails, there is no response. I would not advise to use this company. Better stick to Matrix.

I hope you take some action. It has been over 5 months now and refund the balance amount to me. And atleast 15 emails from my end.
