[Resolved] Clay Telecom — Overcharge and several follow ups | |
I had used a clay sim card last month in Singapore and ever since I returned the sim card it has become a nightmare. Firstly I got 2 bills within a span of 15 days and both with glaring figures crossing Rs 10, 000/ each. On careful observation one bill was charged to me for different dates of travel and the other had random mobile numbers next to the call logs. After several emails and follow ups they agreed to refund the amount swiped on my card and its been more than 25 days that it hasn’t happened yet. In total frustration I write this so that whoever wants to use their services can get a better picture of how they function and harass the customer. Was this information helpful? | |
