Very bad experience with Clay’s sales staff ---- I had requested for 2 clay sim cards for UK and made the requirement very clear to the person (Ankit) dealing with the case. While he got me the sim cards, he had mixed both the sims up and hence the numbers interchanged. While one was for my boss and one for his colleague and this stupidity nearly costed me my job. Thanks to your careless team members who seem to be so stoned and lost at work that they don’t even realised what they are doing and in return he had the guts to say so what, you can interchange the sims with each other. After all the mess created their services are not even worth mentioning. Definitely not doing any business with them anymore. Was this information helpful? | |||
