What a terrible way to deal with customer queries --- Firstly Clay Sim Cards have terrible services in Indonesia and then the way they dealt with my case was not even professional. They had charged my card twice for 2 different amounts and when i asked them for a logical explanation, they said it was a mistake and now they have refunded the money. While i didnt ask for any refunds, i still didnt get a logical response for their action. And also since they were insisting that they had refunded the money, i checked my accounts and there was no refund transaction. Anyways my experience with Clay wasnt too good, but now am sure, that iwont be using their services at all in the near future. Was this information helpful? | |||
