Clay Sim Cards have the worst customer support team employed!! I had some billing issues where they over charged my credit card by adding another months rental to a rental free plan for UK. It was quite strange that the sales rep asked me to call the customer care for such issues whereas i thought it was his duty to get the bill rectified! When i called the customer team, they kept on transferring my call from one deptt to another and finally said that they guy who sold the plan to me will be able to get this rectified. Its not their responsibility. It is a totally frustrating and futile experience using / dealing with Clay Telecom in any way.
