[Resolved] Clay Telecom — Wrong Billing - Clay Cheated its customer | |||
Pl. find below my complaint 1. Plan which was offered to me from clay had following: a. Rental – INR 500 b. Free Talktime – INR 500 c. Incoming calls while in Moscow – FREE unlimited d. OG calls to India – USD 1.99 per minute 2. Since I had free Talktime worth INR 500, I had call back to India for 3 mins 3. I didn’t make any other outgoing call other than the one mentioned above be it local/national or international 4. I received only incoming calls for 4 days I was in Moscow 5. I didn’t move out of Moscow for those 4 days 6. As per plan details, my bill should not have been more than INR 500 & since you guys have already charged me INR 100, it should have been INR 400 + taxes 7. Invoice sent by you is of approx INR 6, 000 which is totally wrong as there was NO LOCAL OUTGOING CALL MADE BY ME IN MOSCOW Was this information helpful? | |||
