I have taken international sim card (499 inr plan) for philippines from rgia hyderabad in the month of may 2016. I got the invoice was for 3497 inr + taxes which is wrong. They say it was happened by mistake and they will refund the difference amount when i called their customer care. By now it is almost 10 months time, i didnt get any refund from clay.

I didnt get any form of reply from Clay team so far and issue is still pending. I am getting same replies when I call their customer care.
