Cleartrip — Amount deducted from wallet but railway ticket not booked due to app crash

I tried booking a railway ticketin through cleartrip app for 2 days with email id: om. [protected]@gmail.com in name of "mr. Anujay pratap singh" for date[protected] using hdfc debit card.
