[Resolved]  Cleartrip — Double Ticket amount debited for Reschedule of Spicejet ticket

Hi, My Name is AnkiReddy. I booked Air Ticket form Hyderabad to Ahmedabad for 27th Oct 2014 through cleartrip.com website for Spicejet airlines. Later on I reschedule to 26th OCT 2014. Actual reschedule charge is Rs. 250/- only by online. But total Rs.13, 307/- amount debited from account.(First time Rs. 6, 444/- debited and on reschedule again Rs. 6, 863/- debited). I Used HDFC creditcard for transactions. When we trying to customer support call is going under on hold and asking contact details for urgency purpose. But I didn't received any call later. I tried from two different mobile numbers. When I contact to SpiceJet customer support, They told only one amount added to Spicejet. Even I e-mailed to services of clear trip. No Reply from them.
