[Resolved] Cleartrip — Paid for hotel booking- no rooms were booked | |||
Sir, I booked a hotel room at Mookambika through cleartrip for three persons on 14th September. They deducted Rs 778 from my account in South Indian Bank.On arrival at the Hotel Sriratna guest house at Mookambika I was told no rooms were booked. The hotel peoples also told me that they have no connection with cleartrip. By this it was evident that the company Cleartrip was cheating me. I rang the number of cleartrip, but I received only a recorded message asking me to wait. I waited more thantwenty minutes, but there were no answer other than the repeated message. A few days I ago I sent a complain through their feed back system online, but no reply at all. I request you to refund my money as well as to compensate my pain and sufferings.
