Cleartrip — Refund of amount

I would like to raise complaint against cleartrip.They are highly unprofessional and very immature in handling customer queries.They don't give a damm care about any customer.Please go through below mail chain to understand complete context -

This is my old Trip ID: [protected], [protected] in which I used my 4000 INR voucher to book the tickets and then cancelled it.

This is my new Trip Id - [protected] (which I booked ticket on 22/02/2016), it is from Bangalore to Nagpur and the price of ticket is 4082INR.

Request you to please refund 4000INR to my bank account, Below bank details will help you to serve better-

As per our telecom we cannot process refund for cash back, however you can utilized the same in future booking within the given validity period and send us the trip id. we will process manual cash for the same

I have booked tickets from Bangalore-Indore and Then from Nagpur-Bangalore.While booking the same, i have used ClearTrip GiftVoucher of worth 4000Rs .Now i cancelled the ticket, Voucher amount of 4000Rs also should be refunded back.Please consider my case and refund 4000Rs ASAP.
