I have been a customer of Fabric Spa since two years. I have never had issues with the service in particular the delivery of clothes.
Last week(21/09/2013) I called them for a pick up. I was requested that since they had less staff, if I could drop the clothes they would do the drop back. I complied.
On reaching the store, I was told that the outlet was nor called WADROBE and it was another venture of fabric spa. I asked the lady on desk how the two were different-but she was clueless. I asked if their rate card was same and had the same std of quality, she assured me that the clothes were in good hands.
When i saw the rate card, i saw no entry for Men's suits or sweatshirts et all. I saw she had booked all my stuf[censored]nder Jeans Jacket. When I raised my doubts on this, she said this was their normal procedure.
I got a little uneasy with her lack of ownership so I gave her just 3 garments I needed urgently.
I asked her to confirm to me if a drop will be arranged. She asked two other men at the reception and validated it.
I asked the other two men also about the rate cards and the company- they were clueless.
When i didnt get my clothes on 25/09/2013 as promised I called the cust care number. They assured a call back. None came.
I called the store on thrusday(26/09/2013), they told me the clothes belonged to some Mr. Pradeep. The bill given to me also had this false entry. I was surprised to observe this. I had not checked it as the reception lady had asked my Phone number and called m eby name before generating the bill.
When I cleared the doubt on call, they said the clothe are still at the store and I can pick them up. I told them that I wanted a home drop to which they replied that they deliver only 20 garments or more.
When i insisted they said they would call back and didnt.
Now when ever I call them, they give me the same story and hang up with a call back promise. They sometimes even claim that no one was home to receive the clothes or they did call and no one picked up..!!
They donot even have an escalation contact so that I can take up the case with some one sane.
My patience is running thin and I dont know if they have the clothes safe or destroyed or stolen them.
I donot recommend them atall. If you want to loose clothes only then u should go to them.

Fabric SPA — pathetic service and customer support
I had given 11 clothes for dry cleaning at the Fabric Spa out let located in H.S.R Layout on the 6th of March 2013 , i was asked to come on the 9th of March 2013 to collect the same.Due to some reasons was unable to collect the same.Subsequently went to collect them on the 11th of march and to my Horror one of the clothes(saree) was returned to me with out any thing done to with a gash on it which almost measured to the length of 1 to 1.5 foot.The Attendant Mr.prame who was the same person who took the clothes on the 6th when i gave it to them did confirm that it was not damaged when he received it.now the saree in question which is a Kotta cotton saree worth Rs.2500/- is not compensated for nether are they ready to replace the same by stating company policy.
No one in the company seems to have the authority to connect me to there higher authority and all of there superiors seem to be on leave.There response is Pathetically poor and resolution is extremely and tragically bad.
There best response was a compensation of Rs.1500/- while the bill amounted to Rs.1404/- and as mentioned earlier the saree which was damaged was worth Rs.2500/-.
Please do not give your clothes to them
