[Resolved]  Cnbc Awaaz Media Pvt Ltd. — cibil got ruined n i hv to bear a loss of Rs75k coz of magma fincorp ltd

Respected sir/mam,
I purchased a sx4 car n magma fincorp limited financed it on septembr
2nd 2013 n i hv given thm 24 post dated cheques in advance for future
paymnt...n accordingly they hv tkn d october novembr n december paymnt
on time bt in january they dint tk out d pmt so i calld them n c.s.r
told me to wait n they ll tk out d pmt soon bt thn on jan 17 v got a
collection call frm d magma compny n they sent debt collectors on jan
22nd 2014 n they misbehaved wid us. V told thm its nt our fault n v
contactd d same agent harimohan who is wrkng wid magma cmpny n he
apologised n told us tht they lost my cheques n

Thn on feb 14 v made a january pmt thru N.F.T bt v kept on getting
collection calls almost evryday. Thn v made feb pmt on march 19.
On april 2nd v got a call magma fincorp loan officer harimohan that they
found all my cheques bt coz of company mistake my pmt got delayed n
they put a fine of Rs.1769.59 n also my cibil score got ruined. I calld
harimohan again he sd he ll remove d fine charges n will correct d cibil
report also bt nothing happns so far. I applied for a loan frm hdfc in
march coz i ws in vry urgent need of money bt coz of magma fine pmt due
my loan got rejected n cibil is also at worst till date.

I took a loan thn frm sm local financing person on a very very high rate
of intrest nw i want magma shud remove those penalty chrgs correct my
cibil report n also pay for d loss i bear coz of their mistk. I also
sent them a legal notice on july/7/ 2014 by registered post bt they dint
reply to tht as well till tht.

Plz tell me wht is d best thing you cn do to help me. Trust me i ll b vry gratefull to you for dis.
