I purchased a sx4 car n magma fincorp limited financed it on septembr
2nd 2013 n i hv given thm 24 post dated cheques in advance for future
paymnt...n accordingly they hv tkn d october novembr n december paymnt
on time bt in january they dint tk out d pmt so i calld them n c.s.r
told me to wait n they ll tk out d pmt soon bt thn on jan 17 v got a
collection call frm d magma...

mobile handset XOLO Q2000 still not repaired.

I have purchased the XOLO Q2000 though India times on 9.2.14. After 4 month its touch is screen is not working. On 22.6.14 I give it to service centre, after 1 month I again visit at service centre but they still don't know the exact status of mobile, parts will be replaced or whole mobile .
My work order no :[protected]. Every 2 or 3 days I follow via email of customer care but responding.

Sir, Cash taken to open BTC account for Rs 55, 000/-, ATM Card amounting to Rs 600/- (aprox) and cheque book taken by agents have not been returned to me. Fraud and manipulation of Icici bank cheques.

Two cheques bearing no. 017564 rs.46300 and cheque no. 017565 for rs. 250 fvg. Reliance life insurence co. Were issued but two our utter surprise some mr. Kailash chand having his bank accouny with state bank of india, kaxmi nagar branch delhi, account no.[protected] have wthdrawn the amount by manupulateing the cheques no.17565 which was originaly issued for rs.250 to rs. 70000, and rs.46300 against cheque no. 17564.
