Two cheques bearing no. 017564 rs.46300 and cheque no. 017565 for rs. 250 fvg. Reliance life insurence co. Were issued but two our utter surprise some mr. Kailash chand having his bank accouny with state bank of india, kaxmi nagar branch delhi, account no.[protected] have wthdrawn the amount by manupulateing the cheques no.17565 which was originaly issued for rs.250 to rs. 70000, and rs.46300 against cheque no. 17564.

Case no. 670/13 u/s 406 & 420 ipc has been reserted at tinsukia police station, assam.
