I am writing to formally register a consumer complaint regarding an unresolved issue related to my recent resignation from my previous employment at Cognizant Technology Solutions. I am seeking your intervention and assistance in addressing this matter.

My resignation became effective on 20th April 2023, and as per the company's policy, my last working day was scheduled for 19th July...

It's been a month I have cleared all the technical and HR round as well. I have been promised to receive offer letter within 2 working days by them. I am still waiting for the offer letter. The HR is not picking up the phone anymore.
Please can some help me what could be done in this case....

I had got a call from Berribot for recruitment purpose yesterday. While I was telling about my skillset, Berribot was not able to understand my voice properly and Unfortunately, Berribot was able to recognize only 1 skillset, which will effect my selection process. Can you please help in resolving this issue. And schedule a Berribot call again or any other alternative....

Cognizant CTS hired me from campus placements. But my date of joining is continuously getting extended for 4 months now. Initially it was on March but lastly on 13th july 2023, now again it got extended by 27th july 2023!!! Its very irresponsible, unethical and fraud. In the world of helping freshers they just luring and cheating with their damn career. Such a hoax and worst company. It will be my suggestion if possible go for other companies...
